On those MS Windows OS for non-server computers such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, I hear that there are limits on the number of connections for the resources you share on the network.
My questions is, if you have a desktop running MS Windows 7 Professional, and you are running MS Windows Server 2008 as a file server on it using vmware player, then will the virtual machine running MS Windows Server 2008 be limited by the total number of connections the hosting OS (in this case, MS Windows 7 Professional) can accept? It may be obvious for some, but I was just curious.
